GeoNames data is used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence. GeoNames data is provided as-is, and Gatherle may progressively supplement or replace it with other approved data sources.

Some Places (venues) and their coordinates are derived from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, and address lookups use the OpenStreetMap Nominatim geocoding service.

OpenStreetMap data is made available under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. Gatherle attributes OpenStreetMap wherever this data is shown and does not claim ownership of it.

Imported public event listings and the venues they name may originate from official provider APIs, including Quicket, Ticketmaster, and TheSportsDB. Each imported event links to its original listing, and ticketing remains with the provider.

Provider content is used under the respective provider API terms. Organizers who run an imported event can claim it in Gatherle to manage it directly.
