Gatherle
Gatherle has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page explains our standards, how to report a concern, and how reports are handled.
Gatherle prohibits content, accounts, messages, or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors in any way. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation, and any attempt to use Gatherle to contact or endanger a minor.
Accounts on Gatherle are not intended for users younger than 18. We do not knowingly allow under-age users to create accounts, and we suspend or remove accounts where we learn this standard has been violated.
Every user profile, event, moment, organization, and venue on Gatherle has a built-in Report option. Reporting a child safety concern through this flow sends it directly to our Trust & Safety review queue, separate from general support requests.
If you cannot use the in-app reporting flow, or you need to report something urgently, email support@gatherle.com with as much detail as you can provide, including the profile, event, or content involved.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services first, then report it to us.
Reports flagged as child safety concerns are reviewed by our Trust & Safety process ahead of general support requests. Confirmed violations result in content removal and account suspension or termination.
Where required by law, we cooperate with and report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the appropriate law enforcement and child safety authorities.
Read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more detail on acceptable use, account eligibility, and how we handle personal information.
